Shop hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Xtreme Tinting, including automotive, residential, and commercial window film, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and vehicle wraps. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Xtreme Tinting provides window tinting, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and vehicle wrap services as described on this website and on your quote or invoice. Service availability, film selection, and scheduling depend on vehicle type, condition, and material availability.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes given through this website, by email, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed after inspection of the vehicle and confirmation of the exact scope and film.

Prices may vary by vehicle size and condition, window count, film type and shade, and the scope of work. Prices are subject to change, and no price is final until it is confirmed in writing on your quote or invoice. Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice.

3. Appointments

Appointments may be booked through this website or our booking page. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at 239-549-8468 or xtremetintfm@gmail.com.

We may need to reschedule an appointment because of weather, material availability, or shop capacity. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange another time.

4. Vehicle condition

Please tell us about any pre-existing damage, prior tint or film, aftermarket glass, or other conditions that could affect the work. We will note the vehicle’s condition at drop-off. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that were present before service.

5. Warranties

Many of the films we install carry a manufacturer warranty, including 3M film products. Warranty coverage, length, and exclusions depend on the specific product and are as stated on your quote or invoice and in the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care after installation, or work performed by others. Follow the care instructions given to you after installation.

6. Window tint and Florida law

Window tint must comply with applicable Florida law, including limits on how dark window film may be on different windows. We will advise you if a requested shade is not legal for a particular window, and we install film within applicable legal limits.

7. Website use

The content on this website is for general information about our services. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission.

This website may link to third-party services, such as our booking scheduler and map listings. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
